Artist Statement: My good friend and oil painter Joshua Cunningham can often be found painting along this stretch of country highway in western Wisconsin. Most artists have a favorite location or two they paint in all seasons, and he's kind enough to share his with me.
Andy Evansen was born in Wisconsin but now lives and owns a studio in Minnesota. He's a signature member of NWS, AWS, TWSA, RRWS, and PAPA. His watercolors have received many awards including the Bronze Medal and High Winds Medal from the American Watercolor Society, and he's become a sought after instructor who teaches across the US and internationally.
