Lenny Silverberg, 1973
Lenny Silverberg lives between New York City and Los Ojos, NM. He studied painting at Brooklyn College (1959) and went on to create lightshows at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco for bands such as The Doors, Cream and The Grateful Dead. He has taught at the De Young Museum, San Francisco Colleg of Arts and Crafts and the Architecture Dept at UC Berkeley. His work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group shows in galleries and musems and is in collections at The Library of Congress, The Grunwald at UCLA, The Achenbach Foundation at the Palace of the Legion of Honor, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
